Care that evolves with you
Treatment is not static. Follow-ups create space to review what is working, identify what is not, and make informed adjustments rather than leaving a plan on autopilot.
What happens at each visit
Every follow-up has a purpose and is shaped by where you are in treatment.
- Reviewing symptom changes and day-to-day functioning
- Monitoring medication response and side effects
- Discussing questions or concerns since the previous visit
- Adjusting medication or other recommendations when needed
- Planning the timing and goals of the next visit
The same clinician, every time
Continuity matters. Seeing a clinician who knows your history and understands the reasoning behind your plan makes each visit more useful and less repetitive.
How often visits happen
Appointments are generally more frequent early in treatment or after a change. As your care stabilizes, the schedule can be adjusted to match your needs.
In person or through telehealth
Follow-up visits are available both in the office and remotely through secure telehealth, making it easier to remain consistent with care.
